Employment first, then the permit

An EU Blue Card or a work permit in Italy needs an Italian employer. Foreign companies without an entity cannot sponsor, and setting one up just for a visa is slow and costly. We sign the Italian contract, file as employer and run payroll while your client manages the work. €250 per employee per month, all inclusive.

Who handles the immigration case?

You, if that is your role. We act as the employer and provide the employer documents; the client stays yours.

Do you give legal or tax advice?

No. Questions on immigration strategy, tax residence or corporate matters go back to you.

How do you treat candidate data?

Confidentially, under the partner agreement and the GDPR, with data kept in the EU.

In which languages can you support relocating staff?

English and Italian directly, plus live translation for the employee's own language.

How long until the person starts?

It depends on the permit route and the country of origin. We give a realistic timeline with the quote.

When should the client open its own company?

When it plans several hires in Italy or needs to trade there. We then transfer the employees, and the incorporation is handled by you.
